Article 1, Identity of the seller

Article 2, Applicability
These terms apply to every offer of MARROYSTOYS S.L. and to every distance contract concluded between the seller and a consumer. The webshop and its products are intended exclusively for persons aged 18 or over. By remaining on this website and continuing to browse you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, and by placing an order you confirm this again. If you are under 18, please leave the website.

Article 3, The offer
Offers contain a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Images are a true representation of the products. Obvious mistakes or errors in an offer do not bind the seller.

Article 4, The contract
The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the corresponding conditions. The seller confirms receipt of the order electronically without delay. The seller takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure electronic payment and data transfer.

Article 5, Right of withdrawal
The consumer may cancel the purchase of a product during a withdrawal period of 14 days from the day of receipt, without giving reasons. During this period the consumer shall handle the product and packaging with care and only unpack or use it to the extent necessary to assess whether they wish to keep it.

Article 6, Exceptions to withdrawal
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, sealed products that are not suitable for return once the seal has been broken are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Article 7, Exercising the right of withdrawal
The consumer notifies the seller of the withdrawal via help@talonze.com within the withdrawal period, and returns the product within 14 days of that notification, with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in the original condition and brand packaging. The direct cost of the return shipment is borne by the consumer, unless the return results from an error of the seller.

Article 8, Refund
The seller refunds all payments made by the consumer, including any standard delivery costs charged, without delay and at the latest within 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal, using the same payment method used by the consumer. The seller may withhold the refund until the product has been received back or proof of return shipment has been provided.

Article 9, Prices and payment
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include Spanish VAT (IVA). Prices of the products offered are not increased during the validity period stated in the offer, except for price changes resulting from changes in VAT rates. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Dublin, Ireland), a licensed payment institution, through the methods offered at checkout, such as credit and debit card, iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna and bank transfer. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure, PCI DSS certified payment page and are never stored on our servers; we only receive confirmation that the payment was made. An order is processed once the payment has been received. The seller may cancel an order on reasonable suspicion of fraud.

Article 10, Delivery
The seller ships accepted orders promptly, orders placed on workdays are normally dispatched within 24 hours, and at the latest within 30 days, unless a longer delivery period was agreed. If delivery is delayed or cannot be fulfilled, the consumer is informed and may dissolve the contract free of charge and receive a full refund. The risk of damage or loss rests with the seller until the moment of delivery to the consumer.

Article 11, Conformity and warranty
The seller guarantees that the products comply with the contract, the specifications stated in the offer and the legal conformity requirements of EU consumer law (statutory warranty).

Article 12, Complaints
Complaints about the performance of the contract must be submitted fully and clearly described to help@talonze.com. Complaints are answered within 7 working days of receipt; if handling takes longer, the consumer receives an indication of when to expect an answer.

Article 13, Disputes and applicable law
Contracts between the seller and the consumer are governed exclusively by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence within the EU. Consumers may also submit disputes to the European online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Article 14, Legal restrictions
Talonze sells intimate products exclusively to persons aged 18 or over and ships only to the countries offered at checkout. We do not sell cannabis, CBD, THC or other cannabis-derived products, poppers or any other regulated or prohibited substance; our range consists of body-safe intimate products and accessories. The consumer is responsible for checking that the products ordered may be imported, owned and used in their country of residence.

Article 15, Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes, promotions and gift cards are valid for the period and under the conditions stated with the offer, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise. The seller may end a promotion early in the event of an obvious error.
