You have a 30-day withdrawal period from the day you receive your order. For hygiene reasons, products whose hygiene seal has been broken cannot be returned. Yes. Your bank statement only shows a neutral company name, never the shop name and never a product name. The parcel is just as anonymous.

A water-based lubricant is safe with every toy, including silicone. Never combine silicone lubricant with silicone toys, it damages the surface. Glass and stainless-steel toys handle any lubricant.

Clean before and after every use with warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner, and let them dry fully. Store toys separately, ideally in a pouch, and take batteries out. That keeps materials safe and hygienic for years.
