Shipping

Orders placed on workdays are dispatched within 24 hours from our warehouse in Spain. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days depending on your country. The exact shipping cost for your address is shown at checkout; delivery is free on orders from €65 to selected countries.

Every order ships in a plain box with no logo, brand name or sender reference. The contents are never visible or identifiable from the outside, not to the courier, not to your neighbours.

Returns and withdrawal

You have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the day you receive your order, no reasons needed. After you notify us of your cancellation, return the product within 14 days.

Return conditions:

  • Products must be unused and returned in the original brand packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, products whose hygiene seal has been broken cannot be returned.
  • Announce your return first via help@talonze.com so we can register it and help you with the fastest route.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we refund the full amount, including the standard shipping costs you paid, via your original payment method, as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days. Return shipping is at your own cost, unless the return is due to an error on our side; in that case we reimburse it.
